AgriMACS, Inc. has announced plans to close all of its operations in Washington. The agricultural company cited business conditions as the reason for the decision. According to the filing, the closure will affect more than 100 employees who do not have bumping or displacement rights.

AgriMACS, Inc. Announces Permanent Closure of All Work Locations

On May 8, 2026, AgriMACS, Inc. is permanently closing its facilities at Chelan, Royal City, Othello, Soap Lake, Methow, and Pateros. The company filed a WARN notice, stating that 145 employees will be affected. The filing further states all the details related to the closure but it does not promise any assistance to employees during notice period.
