According to Orlando Weekly, a South Carolina-based group is soon bringing a concept to Hannibal Square, though what it is has not yet been announced.

Indigo Road Hospitality Group, which runs chains such as Oak Steakhouse, O-Ku Sushi, Indaco and Colleta, will soon operate their newest outpost out of the Park Avenue Tavern space in Hannibal Square.

“The space is currently being gutted to receive new flooring, lighting, finishes, furniture and bar. Rumor has it the space will be an Oak Steakhouse, but the group has not confirmed it,” reports Weekly

Indeed, a representative of the hospitality group said they have “nothing official to announce.”

“Regardless of the concept Indigo Road ultimately decides on, the space is being given a thorough makeover with new finishes, furniture, flooring, lighting and a new bar,” the report adds.

If all goes well, the restaurant intends to open in August or September.
