Champs Steakhouse and Bar, a new independent establishment, will soon move into Merritt Island at 100 N Sykes Creek Parkway, according to recent public records.
“Indulge in the finest cuts of steak and enjoy a welcoming ambiance,” the rudimentary official website states, boasting a gif of steaks cooking on a flaming grill.
What Now Orlando briefly reached owner BK Patel for more information on the concept, but he was in a meeting and unable to answer questions.
Without social media and only a very minimal website, little information on the concept is available. However, a brief post by commercial real estate broker Hillary S. Bressler shows enthusiasm for the independent venture’s future.
“We leased this building to Champs Steakhouse & Bar in Merritt Island, Fl. The building was previously a waterfront Applebee’s. Can’t wait to see what they do with the space!”
No opening date has been announced.
