7 Brew, the drive-thru coffee chain, is eyeing a location in Winter Springs.

According to Oviedo Community News, the Winter Springs Planning and Zoning Board have give approval for 7 Brew to open a shop at 1248 E. State Road 434, at the northeast corner of the intersection of S.R. 434 and Michael Blake Boulevard. The coffee chain is awaiting on final approval to be granted at the Winter Springs City Commission meeting, held on December 8. Construction hasn’t started, and an opening date has not been announced.

Called, “one of the most compelling growth stories in America”, by QSR, 7 Brew has become a giant in the fast-coffee category. The coffee chain, which was founded in Rogers, Arkansas in 2017, now has more than 500 locations throughout 35 states. The brand is now the second-largest drive-thru-only coffee chain in America behind Dutch Bros, according to QSR.

The chain started small, offering only seven different drinks, as per its name, 7 Brew:  Blondie (caramel and vanilla breve), Brunette (hazelnut and caramel mocha), Smooth 7 (white chocolate and Irish cream breve), Cinnamon Roll, White Chocolate Mocha, German Chocolate, and Triple 7 (a Smooth 7 with six espresso shots).

The concept hit home for its quick friendly service and delicious caffeine fixes. The company is also admired for its employee benefits which includes free drinks while on the clock, flexible hours, paid holidays,  discounts, and paid time off.
