Chicken Salad Chick is opening in Viera on Tuesday, October 21. The restaurant menu features a variety of made-from-scratch chicken salads, each crafted with Southern-style flavors.
The mother-daughter duo Cathy Brown and Allison Gibson, joined by their husbands and business partners, James Brown and Stuart Gibson, open their second restaurant at the Viera location. Earlier this year, Cathy and Allison celebrated the opening of Chicken Salad Chick’s 300th location in Melbourne.
A Week of Giveaways
According to PRNewswire, the restaurant is celebrating its opening with a grand celebration and a week of giveaways packed with specials and a free chicken salad for years.
On October 21, the first 100 guests in line can win free chicken salad for a year: the first guest receives one large salad per week, and the remaining 99 guests get one salad per month.
Additional giveaways include: the first 50 guests who purchase a Chick Trio on October 22 will receive a Large Chick Cooler; October 23 brings a Red Picnic Blanket; October 24, a 40oz Chick Tumbler with lid and straw; and October 25, a Teal Cooler plus a Large Quick Chick for a future visit.
