Crooked Can Brewing Company is expanding to Minneola.
The brewery isn’t just opening a taproom. It’s in the final stages of construction of a combination brewery, canning facility, taproom, food hall, live music venue, and outdoor beer garden that will span more than 42,000 square feet and three acres of land.
The facility is expected to open April 2026 as part of the new Hills City Center on North Hancock Road. The massive 96-acre development offers apartments, shopping, and health and wellness facilities including 1,000 multi-family apartment units, a dedicated senior living area, a shopping center, medical offices, wilderness trails, and community areas — all within 20 minutes of downtown Orlando.
About four times the size of the original Winter Garden Crooked Can (which will remain open), the new facility will act as a major production facility for the brewery. The food hall will house about a dozen locally-owned and operated vendors that will showcase the diversity of Lake County. According to the Hills City Center site, the brewery’s goal in curating the food hall is to, “support emerging talents and give them a platform to shine. We’re proud to offer a fresh twist on the classic food hall experience, one that celebrates local flavors, creativity, and community.”
With production facilities increased, expect a lineup of core beers, seasonal offerings, and limited editions made especially for this unique location.
