A host of new restaurants are opening at Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Airport restaurant operator Areas is opening several new restaurants at MCO’s Terminals 1 and 4 (9102 Jeff Fuqua Boulevard), as part of a $10 million investment deal with the airport.

In Terminal 4, Areas is teaming with celebrity chef and Top Chef alum, Stephanie Izard to open Cabrita, a version of the chef’s Chicago-based Peruvian concept, Cabra. Orlando’s Milkhouse and its creative craft cocktails are also arriving at Terminal 4, along with Intercept Wine Bar, a bar with fine and sustainable wines owned by NFL Hall of Famer and local Orlando resident Charles Woodson.

SoDough Square, known for its pizzas made with 24-hour fermented dough, will open in Terminal 1. The pizzas, baked in authentic steel blue pans flown in from Michigan, are topped with tomato sauce, and a proprietary cheese blend then baked. The result is a pizza with a perfect caramelized cheese edge, known as frico. The pizzas can be customized, and come in signature versions named after the Motor City such as Detroit Rob City, Notorious P.I.Z., and Motown Supreme.

Local ice cream favorite Kelly’s will also open at Terminal 1.  The company offers more than 100 different ice cream and sorbet recipes. Core flavors include vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, butter pecan, mint chocolate chip, coffee, and toasted coconut. Additional flavors are rotated seasonally. In addition, The Market will offer a selection of Gourmet and retail products. All of these concepts are expected to roll out in 2026.
