According to recent public records, a new desserts establishment is coming to NSB. AJ Chocolate House will be found at 105 Canal Street.
While the name of the establishment suggests an exclusive or majority focus on chocolate, the brand will also serve whiskey.
“This limited-edition chocolate blends AJ Chocolate House’s craftsmanship with Brother’s Bond, inspired by Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley’s friendship,” the official website states.
“For close to a decade while filming in the south, Ian and Paul drank bourbon together on and off screen,” the statement continues.
“Through their deep sense of brotherhood and shared love of bourbon, they formed a vision of crafting an exceptional whiskey company.”
“This prompted them to embark on a meticulous journey of visiting distilleries, experimenting with various mash bills, and hand-selecting whiskeys for their final blends.”
