“Southern-inspired” breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant chain Another Broken Egg Cafe is building up a Clermont location, according to recent public records. The growing chain will be found at 2633 S Hwy 27, within suite 101.
“We just started the permitting process,” franchise owner Lovell Burrell tells What Now Orlando, referring to his co-franchisee Marie Burrell.
“We came into the brand because we enjoyed it as consumers. Then we found out it was a local company and we really liked that. Then we kind of took it from there.”
For readers who are unfamiliar with the franchise, Another Broken Egg Cafe describes itself as “an upscale breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant that specializes in award-winning, Southern-inspired menu options with innovative twists and signature cocktails.”
The Burrell duo do not yet have an opening date for the location, though they are hoping that it will be up and running by the “3rd quarter.”
