Another Arby’s unit is opening in Central Florida under the leadership of franchising partner Mosaic Red Hat. What Now Orlando on Thursday connected with Director of Construction Justin Polk to get details.
Soon to be found at 3524 Lakeland Highlands Rd, this Arby’s will near a Wendy’s, Mellow Mushroom and a Sam’s Club.
According to Polk, this location has just entered the permitting phase of development, and they hope to begin construction soon. The group is hoping to have the store open by the 4th quarter of this year.
Mosaic Red Hat Group has been opening Arby’s restaurants since 2014, when they initially acquired 13 restaurants in Tampa, Florida. Since then, they have grown to operating at least 42 locations across the Southeast in Florida, North Carolina and Virginia.
