According to recent public records, former food truck Beachin Burritos will soon debut its brick and mortar at 431 Canal St in New Smyrna Beach.
“What makes us unique is the fact that we make breakfast burritos and tacos,” co-owner Vince Siravo tells What Now Orlando.
“Our big thing is that we use hatch New Mexican green chilies. We work direclty with a farm there that sends us green chillies, so we never used canned chillies.”
“We’re originally from Colorado. If you know anything about that region, you’ll know that hatch pork green chilies are really big.”
Mr. Siravo adds that while they focus on breakfast, they will also have lunch offerings. There will also be vegetarian options.
So when will Beachin Burritos finally open?
“We’re trying to get open the first week of March,” Siravo says. “You know how it goes with permitting, but that’s what we’re aiming for.”
