According to recent reporting, a big change is coming to the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel’s dining setup. Bourbon Steak by chef Michael Mina will soon replace Shula’s Steak House, marking the restaurant’s 10th location.

Orlando Weekly reports that Michael Mina’s “pricey paean to pyrolized proteins” will take over once Shula’s honors its final reservations on June 14.

“Each Bourbon Steak is uniquely designed to represent the environment it’s in, and I’m excited to unveil what we have in store for Orlando,” Mina said in a statement.

The restaurant is known for serving higher end offerings such as USDA Prime steaks, Japanese wagyu and Maine lobster pot pie. The restaurant’s exclusive prices reflect its coveted status–Weekly reports that the D.C. Bourbon Steak hosted the Obamas for their 20th anniversary dinner.
