Louisville, Kentucky-based franchisee Millennial Restaurant Group LLC will open another Blaze Pizza this summer in east Orlando, according to recent public records. The group’s latest eatery will open at 11851 Narcoossee Road, in front of Novel Nona Apartments.
“Lake Nona has always been a targeted community for Blaze because of the dynamic growth and family-friendly community,” said Managing Partner Wayne Albritton.
Albritton and his group already operate Blaze restaurants in Winter Park, Winter Garden, Disney Springs and Daytona Beach, and they will be developing more location in central Florida.
“We find it most successful to place stores where there is new development. For example, we looked at Viera for four years before opening there because it was so green. We try to get in early to avoid missing opportunities,” said Albritton.
The Lake Nona location will open August 5th. The locations and opening timelines of upcoming locations have not yet been released.
