Fable Coffee & Pastries, a new independent coffee shop, will soon debut in Orlando. According to recent public records, the store will be found at 11909 E Colonial Drive. Local readers may recall that Fable is a rebranding of the former Half Moon Cafe.

“Fable Coffee Co. is Orlando’s newest specialty coffee shop set to open in Q2 2024 in the heart of Alafaya. We are dedicated to the art of craft coffee and homemade pastries, offering a unique and cozy space in Orlando,” the official website states.

“As proud locals, owners Alain and Andy have designed Fable Coffee Co. to be a hub for community, a place for shared moments, and a great study spot. Our focus extends beyond the cup, providing a comfortable setting where patrons can enjoy food, explore a library of tabletop and board games, and participate in rotating set of events.”

“We’re collaborating with local roasters and vendors to deliver on this speciality experience. We’re excited to share more as we get closer to our grand opening.”
