Buttercrust, the popular Orlando pizza joint, will soon be opening an Oviedo location at 888 City Walk Ln, near Maple Street Biscuit Company and Ford’s Garage.

“When I originally moved from Connecticut to Florida, I actually lived in Oveido,” owner Brianna Feldman tells What Now Orlando as she explains her rationale for the location. “I consider it to be my Florida hometown.”

When asked what differences or updates readers can expect at the Oviedo location, Feldman names two examples.

“I’m going to be offering personal-sized Buttercrust pizzas, which aren’t offered at the original location. Also, this second location will have seating, unlike the first, which will give me an opportunity to see how it works to serve pizza to seated customers on-site.”

Explaining her favorite offerings, Feldman states, “I really love my buttercrust crust. I really like that I’m able to offer a Sicilian-style pizza with a crispy cheese crust.”

For a more creative approach to pizza, Feldman recommends the Granny’s Pretty Mess, a “saucy” pizza with a triple base of marinara, pesto, and vodka sauce.

Feldman is currently awaiting inspections and hoping to open soon. No exact opening date has been set.
