The Korean restaurant Shinjung Korean that’s been a staple in Central Florida since 1993, had to close down after a fire in 2019. But now the restaurant is gearing up for a comeback! The menu and restaurant is ready, and now the team behind Shinjung Korean is looking to hire to gear up for their opening.

The restaurant serves traditional Korean food with everything from the classic Korean dishes you can expect such as Bibimbap and Korean pancakes, to full Korean barbecue options such as bulgogi, ribs, barbecue pork, pork belly and more. “Our mission is to faithfully uphold the Korean tradition with an excellence that will leave a lasting impression,” according to their official Facebook page.

A representative from the restaurant wasn’t available to comment on when exactly the restaurant would be opening, but our guess is that it’ll be opening very soon with the way things are going.

The restaurant is located on 1638 E Colonial Dr in Orlando, right off Altaloma Ave. and near the Consulate General of Haiti, the art store Sam Flax Orlando, hair salon Tony & T Hair Design, a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks.
