Chef-Owned Pizzeria to Open in Daytona Beach

Aria Ristorante Pizzeria, a chef-run Italian restaurant, will soon be opening in Daytona Beach, according to a recent filing with the State of Florida. The restaurant will be located at 2451 N Atlantic Ave, near eateries such as Miyabi Sushi and Crab Knight. 

It is notable that Aria will be run by Italian Chef Stefano Paoletti who also owns and operates Aria Cucina Italiana in Ormond Beach. The restaurant has proven to be a popular eatery in Ormond Beach, with dozens of reviewers praising the restaurant’s ambience and authentic Italian cuisine, with an emphasis on seafood.

What Now Orlando reached out to Chef Paoletti to inquire about the restaurant’s potential opening dates and menu, but he was not immediately available for comment. 

Until the Daytona Beach pizzeria opens, readers may visit Paoletti’s first restaurant at 230 N Nova Rd in Ormond Beach.
