The popular fast-casual chain is looking to expand their reach in central Florida, according to a recent BizJournals.com report. The company is seeking to building a new 2,505 square foot unit on the corner of W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway and North Bass Road in Kissimmee.

Also working on the project is Hill Gray Seven, a group who is responsible for other Chipotle constructions, according to the report. What Now Orlando reached out to Greg Hill on Thursday, but he declined to comment.

Chipotle has begun rolling out a revamped version of their drive-thru called “Chipotlanes.” The aim of this new design is to streamline the process of guests getting their food. A menu board isn’t available, and customers are expected to order and pay ahead of time. This will allow them to pick up their food on the fly.

QSR quotes Chipotle CEO Brian Niccol’s claim that it can take “all of 12 seconds” for guests to get their meals through the Chipotlane.

When this Kissimmee location will be opened is unclear, and construction does not appear to have begun.
