Cigar Lounge to Debut in Lake Mary

“I’ll have a coffee roaster in the lounge, roasting coffee every day. We’ll also be serving Cuban sandwiches, charcuterie boards with meat, cheese and fruit, and potentially some breakfast-type sandwiches. It’ll be a pretty basic menu.”

Roaster by Jefe, a new cigar lounge, coffeehouse, bar and eatery is soon coming to Lake Mary, according to recent public records. The establishment will be located at 101 N Country Club Blvd, near Dalli’s Pizzeria and Lighthouse Seafood Market and Cafe.

What Now Orlando recently spoke to owner Scott Mason to get the full low-down on this exciting new development.

“I’ll have a coffee roaster in the lounge, roasting coffee every day. We’ll also be serving Cuban sandwiches, charcuterie boards with meat, cheese and fruit, and potentially some breakfast-type sandwiches. It’ll be a pretty basic menu.”

Of course, the lounge will also feature a variety of cigars to choose from along with a full liquor bar, according to Mason.

When asked about the prospective opening, it seems that bureaucracy is still a factor.

“I don’t have the approvals just yet from the city, so I can’t move forward until everything on that end is clear.”

Anticipating for paperwork and all the normal processes in setting up a new establishment, Mr. Mason anticipates to be up and running by June.
