According to recent public records, a new desserts establishment is coming to Umatilla.
Set for 169 N Central Avenue, Brenda Gail’s Sweets & Treats–as the name suggests–will soon bring sugary goods to the growing Lake county town.
The establishment, run by owner Brenda Murphy, does not have much publicly available information on its upcoming offerings or opening timeframe.
The only evidence of the upcoming establishment’s existence outside of State of Florida Plan Reviews is a listing on an online classifieds page for the EWMA 2025 Alabama District Rally. Halfway down that page one can find a scan of the brand’s business card which displays a vintage sepia portrait of a child and the name of the owners.
What Now briefly reached ownership to inquire about potential offerings and opening dates but they did not provide information by the time of publication.
No opening date has been announced.
