The growing cookie-based franchise Cookie Plug will soon be expanding into Orlando, according to a recent report in QSR. The upcoming location will be part of a massive multicity 60-unit deal spearheaded by franchisees Kevin Davis and hip-hop artist LL Cool J.
“I’m very excited to announce my partnership with Cookie Plug”, said LL Cool J in an official statement. “We’re bringing you a flavor experience that’s not just about cookies—it’s about celebrating the essence of Hip-Hop culture. Cookie Plug understands the power of our movement, and together, we’re blending outstanding treats with the energy and creativity that defines Hip-Hop.”
What Now Orlando recently reached out to Kevin Davis who states that he is “currently open to doing all of Orlando” in terms of finding locations for the rising brand.
Readers unfamiliar with Mr. Davis’s resume should note his “over 30 years of experience in franchising,” per QSR’s reporting. Operating nearly two hundred locastions of famous US fast casual brands such as Dunkin Donuts, Papa John’s Pizza, Subway, and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Davis is sure to bring top-level experience to Cookie Plug’s ambitious national expansion.
