Cox’s Chophouse, a traveling food trailer, will be ready for business in the Orlando area soon. What Now Orlando spoke with the owner, Amanda Moseley, for more details about her food trailer. Moseley says that the trailer will serve food “All around, mostly [in] Kissimmee and Orlando, but we really want to do different festival events and community events.”
Moseley describes the food that the truck will offer as a mix of “Caribbean and Southern food” with a “bit of flair from urban and fine dining,” and some influence from “French cuisine.” Three dishes the truck will serve are the Chop Signature Chicken, the Mac Truck Cheeseburger and the Seafood Cockleboat. The owner describes Cox’s Chophouse as a “small family business [and] a community-based business.”
Amanda will run the truck on her own to start but she hopes that over time business will pick up enough to where she can expand and hire employees. The trailer is not currently signed up for any events but plans to be in business sometime in August 2022. The food truck also recently filed a plan review online.
