Coffee Exprés, a Cuban café, will soon be opening in Palm Bay, according to a recent filing with the State of Florida. The restaurant will be located at 5108 Minton Road Plaza, within Unit 3, in a colorful and small shopping strip which holds a barbershop, a florist, a liquor store, salon, and Puerto Rican restaurant.

Owner Zuania Fleites tells What Now Orlando “We want to offer natural juices, smoothies, coffee. As far as food goes we want to serve sandwiches, empanadas, pasteles, Cuban food in general.”

When asked why she has decided to open her first restaurant now, Fleites says “I have always loved the food industry. It has always been my dream to open a restaurant since I came to this country and, finally, the right moment arrived. Now I’m ready to sell the food I love while serving the public.”

When asked about the restaurant’s space and seating arrangements, Fleites explains that it will be around 800 square feet and feature some outdoor seating.

Regarding opening, Fleites informs the publication that she is waiting on permits to be approved and anticipates an early 2023 opening.
