According to recent public records, a new eatery is joining the upcoming Cocoa Beach Destination Food Hall at 2 N Atlantic Avenue.
“My name is Noemí, my friends and family call me Mimi. I can’t wait for you to enjoy the first location of Mimi’s Mimosas & Bar,” Noemi Cruz states on the food hall’s website.
“This is a dream come true for a girl from Havana, Cuba, a beautiful island in the Caribbean. I immigrated to this land of opportunities, the US, 15 years ago. Since being here, I have learned about new cultures and flavors.”
“I have a big, fun, and loud family, including our sweet dog. I love cooking, traveling, and, of course, mimosas.
