According to recent public records, a new independent Latin eatery is coming to Winter Springs.

Cuban Sandwich Cafe, run by Betty Guevara and Aparacio Family LLC, will be opening at 140 W State Rd 434.

Little public information is available on the exciting upcoming establishment. What Now briefly reached ownership but they declined to provide comment.

No opening date has been announced.
