Dave’s Hot Chicken to Open Lake Mary Location

Customers seeking relief after a flaming-hot meal can cool off with one of the brand’s varied milkshakes.

The growing fast casual chain Dave’s Hot Chicken will soon expand into Lake Mary, according to a recent filing with the State of Florida. The restaurant will be located at 4405 Lake Emma Road, near Top Golf and national competitor Chick-Fil-A. 

Dave’s Hot Chicken primary offering is chicken in seven levels of heat, along with other options such as chicken tenders and sliders and sides like mac & cheese, kale slaw, French fries, cheese fries. Customers seeking relief after a flaming-hot meal can cool off with one of the brand’s varied milkshakes. 

The upcoming Lake Mary location will be managed by Estep & Co, an Ohio-based restaurant management company that runs several brands across the country. According to their LinkedIn page, Estep “began with one small Subway store in 1990 with just six team members. Today in 2020 we continue to be blessed with growth the growth of 70 Subway and Five Guys Restaurants. A dedicated restaurant service company, Service My Restaurants. Plus the Subway National Call Center for all catering orders.” 

What Now Orlando reached out to James Babecki, Director of Operations at Estep, but he was not immediately available for comment.
