Global Concessions Group, a Miami-based hospitality company with a focus on airport dining, will soon be opening Sweet Bubbles and Buns, a dessert shop within Orlando International Airport.

“We specialize in partnering, building, growing, and securing long lasting business relationships with a focus on bringing new concepts to Airports world wide,” the managing company’s official website states.

“Our relationships with Airports such as, but not limited to, Orlando International and DFW Airports, gives us the opportunity to launch Concessions and stay ahead of the competitive market. Our concept is simple, to provide our clientele with the most innovative, unique, and cost effective way of expanding their brand.”

While What Now Orlando was able to reach CEO Virgil Aliu, she was not willing to provide much information, given the eatery’s current stage of development. However, she did note that the Asian-inspired dessert shop could be open within the next sixty days, barring any obstacles.
