In the process of preparing its College Park location, Dizzy Donuts will have to find another home, Orlando Weekly reports.

Citing owner Bruno Zacchini, Weekly explains that “issues with the contractors and the city” ultimately led to the College Park project being shelved.

When the concept was first announced, Dizzy Donuts was anticipated to deal primarily in donuts, featuring unique flavors such as Key Lime, S’mores, and Thai Tea. However, the Orlando Weekly report adds that Mr. Zacchini will also be serving up a robust selection of coffee drinks along with Japanese-inspired fried chicken sandwiches.

Despite this unfortunate situation, there is hope for Zacchini and his refreshingly original concepts—for Dizzy Donuts to open, Mr. Zacchini must first find “the right space,” per Weekly.

Until Dizzy Donuts regains its footing, readers can sample Zacchni’s work at Pizza Bruno at its two area locations.
