According to recent reporting in The Orlando Business Journal, Local French-inspired restaurant DoveCote has left its former home at 390 N Orange Avenue and will be moving to a new location.

Rob Tazioli, owner and managing partner of the popular restaurants, told the Orlando Business Journal that DoveCote is still on the lookout for a location, and has not yet ruled out another downtown spot. The preferred specs include “enough space to host up to 2,000 people and to have two-thirds of the space outdoors, although there is some flexibility,” according to the report.

“Big, positive changes coming… Effective October 1, 2023, DoveCote is excited to announce its move to a new home! Our new location will be revealed in the coming months,” the official website states.

“For the past 7-plus years, DoveCote has been honored to call Downtown Orlando home. DoveCote’s vision is simple: bring local, fine dining with an upscale experience to the heart of Orlando, and build an inclusive community space for large and small gatherings that reflect the diversity and rich culture of Orlando.”

“DoveCote has hosted more than 1,700 events and served more than 300,000 guests for private and open to the public events as well as lunch, brunch, dinner, and Happy Hour.”
