Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly expanding breakfast, brunch and lunch concept, will open its newest restaurant in Orlando, Fla. next month. Located at 11020 Daryl Carter Parkway near Dr. Phillips and Bay Hill – in the new O-Town West area – this is the second of three Eggs Up Grills for Franchise Partners Geoff Giordano and Kate Rozen. The couple also own a restaurant in Apopka, Fla., which is located near the Hunt Club Publix by Ace Hardware at 502 S. Hunt Club Blvd.

Prior to owning Eggs Up Grill, Giordano worked with Marriott International for 13 years. He was most recently a manager of food and beverage at Orlando World Center Marriott. Rozen brings 25 years of marketing and branding expertise to the family business. She has worked with Fortune 100 and global clients. They are thrilled to have a local business to engage with the community directly, and to inspire their own young children.

“What we have experienced since opening the Apopka Eggs Up Grill is the absolute joy of bringing the community together. Our food creates an experience that is memorable, warm and friendly,” says Rozen in a statement. “We get to do this all over again in a new community and we just can’t wait to be open in such an up-and-coming area, as well as see our children continue to grow up in this business with us.”

With indoor seating for 105 and outdoor seating for 20, the 2,500 square-foot restaurant is designed to make guests feel at home in a light, bright and cheery atmosphere. The Orlando restaurant will serve guests seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with dine-in, online ordering, takeout, catering and delivery options available. Guests can order a Bloody Mary or mimosa with breakfast, brunch or lunch, add Baileys to their morning coffee or join the restaurant for its popular $4 Mimosa Mondays.

Eggs Up Grill will serve its full menu open to close. Signature menu items include the Founder’s Recipe corned beef hash with potatoes, onions and special spices, as well as made-to-order omelets, buttery, grilled blueberry muffins, classic breakfast dishes and lunch selections including burgers, melts, salads and more. Eggs Up Grill also caters events big or small, with a menu featuring breakfast favorites like eggs, grits, home fries, biscuits and gravy and muffins. Salads and sandwiches are available for catered lunch.

Eggs Up Grill is all about neighbors serving neighbors. The franchisees continue serving the community by supporting local military veterans, and welcome organizations to contact them about partnership opportunities.
