Eggs Up Grill is set to open a new location in the Town Square of Orlando at the intersection of Apopka Vineland Road and the Daryl Carter Parkway.

The franchise chain known for its breakfast, brunch and lunch menu will be the fourth Florida — and second Orlando — location. It is near Lake Buena Vista High School.

An opening date has not been announced but the location is termed “almost hatched” on the Eggs Up website. It will be the restaurant’s 59th location in seven states.

The owners, Geoffrey and Kate Rozen Giordano, operating under the Yolks R Us LLC, are from Hunter’s Creek, according to 1851franchise.com. Kate Giordano has her own brand consulting firm and has also worked in advertising for 20 years for companies such as Pepsi and Samsung. Geoffrey Giordano has spent the last 12 years leading Marriott flagship properties.

The couple is reportedly looking for properties in the Greater Orlando area to open two more franchises in the future.
