It’s been a waiting game for El Teatro Hookah Lounge & Bar to open but they’re making progress. The lounge where patrons can enjoy hookah and other unique offerings is planning to debut at 8255 Lee Vista Boulevard.
Owner Jihan Girgis shared to What Now Orlando that they unknowingly entered a very strict zoning region. Their location is still waiting to finish the permitting process before they can open their doors to introduce their new lounge.
El Teatro Hookah Lounge & Bar will specialize in serving smoothies, Turkish Coffee, Moroccan teas, plus beer and wine.
The lounge is designed to welcome groups to interact while enjoying traditional Hookah. El Teatro has a variety of flavors to offer or you can enjoy with pineapple.
Things are moving forward for El Teatro and expect to open as soon as they get the green light from city officials. Girgis hopes to be open by the end of the year but if they encounter any delays we can expect doors to open by Early 2022. Follow their Instagram for updates.
