Establishment Tied to Equestrian Club Opening in Kissimmee

It appears that the restaurant is associated in name and ownership with the existing Caballo Bravo Paso Fino Association, a Spanish-language equestrian club that organizes events and competitions in the area.

According to recent public records, a new Latin restaurant is coming to Kissimmee. Set for 5491 West Irlo Bronson, Caballo Bravo will soon bring barbecue, grilled meats, and more to the booming corridor. 

What Now Orlando briefly reached owner Jayson Deleon to inquire about the menu, ambience, and potential opening date, but he did not provide further information. 

Interstingly, it appears that the restaurant is associated in name and ownership with the existing Caballo Bravo Paso Fino Association, a Spanish-language equestrian club that organizes events and competitions in the area.

No opening date has been announced.
