Franchisees Derrick and Donishia Yarde are bringing Polk County their next Firehouse Subs location.
According to a plan review filed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation on April 18, the new sandwich shop will be located at 2052 Highway 92 West. Nearby eateries will be Long John Silver’s, Papa John’s Pizza and Osaka Japanese Steakhouse.
Derrick Yarde spoke with What Now on Wednesday to confirm that the location is currently under construction. An exact timeline for their opening isn’t available yet, but Yarde is hoping for the third week of May.
