Adding to its impressive central Florida expansion, growing breakfast chain First Watch will soon add a Mount Dora location to its footprint at 9010 U.S. Highway 441, per reportage in OBJ.
Citing a conversation with VP of Operations David Gerau, OBJ reports that in addition to dining in customers have “taken a shine to First Watch’s ‘to-go brunch’— and, as such, Winter Springs and the other new locations are each getting designated sections for take-out and delivery service pickup to make the process more efficient.”
First Watch’s menu features choices like Avocado Toast, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and Million Dollar Bacon, alongside fresh-made juices and Project Sunrise coffee. The chain also offers a revolving season menu. Dishes on the season menu have included Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict, Elote Mexican Street Corn Hash, and Watermelon Wake-Up juice, and more.
No opening date has been announced.
