Former Tijuana Flats Owner to Soon Debut New Tex-Mex Brand

Big Taco, a new Tex-Mex concept, will soon be debuting at 1455 Semoran Boulevard in Casselberry according to recent public records.

“Brian Wheeler (the founder of Tijuana Flats & Tibbys New Orleans Kitchen) is returning and teaming with his sons to open Big Taco,” the official website states.

“After selling Tijuana Flats in 2015, Brian decided to bring back the best made-to-order tacos, burritos and Tex Mex fare in town. Stay tuned for updates.”

No opening date or exact menu has yet been announced. Readers curious about what Mr. Wheeler may be bringing to Big Taco can visit any Tijuana Flats for his well-established take on Tex-Mex cuisine.
