The growing Florida-based concept Foxtail Coffee will soon be opening a location in Daytona Beach, within the One Daytona development, near the Daytona International Speedway.

“Foxtail Coffee is rapidly becoming a staple neighborhood coffee shop across Central Florida and we’re thrilled to welcome them to our lifestyle and entertainment center,” said Roxanne Ribakoff, president of One Daytona, in a prepared statement. “As part of our commitment to the Central Florida community, we continue to highlight local businesses that offer unique products and services.”

Defining their mission statement on the company website, Alex Tchekmeian and co-founder Iain Yeakle state “Alex and Iain launched Foxtail on simple and basic principles – to roast great coffee that guests can enjoy in an inviting and comfortable environment. Believing coffee should be purposeful, celebrated, and enjoyed, they built a company that approaches producing coffee as a craft and serving coffee as a celebration.”

Readers unfamiliar with the rapidly expanding brand can expect a classic selection of espresso-based drinks, batch brew, tea, and the brand’s “world famous cold brew.”

No opening date has yet been set.
