Colliers, the diversified professional services and investment management company, has been hired by Buffalo Wild Wings to scout locations for the chain restaurant’s newest small-format concept. Buffalo Wild Wings Go is a grab-and-go concept that allows lovers of wings to waste no time getting their fix.
According to Orlando Business Journal, Alexie Fonseca, David Gabbai and Jeff Johnson of Colliers have been hired to locate multiple 1,200 to 1,600 square-foot sites for Central Florida’s share of Buffalo Wild Wings Go. The first of these concepts opened in Atlanta last year and was designed to accommodate the changing preferences of consumers. Fonseco told Orlando Business Journal the company, known for its many flat-screens, oh and its wings, hopes to open as many of these to-go sites as possible in Central Florida.
Perhaps the most convenient aspect of Buffalo Wild Wings Go is the ease of ordering. You can download the app, order online, or order in-person over the counter. The menu is, naturally, a little smaller than the standard restaurant’s, but fan-favorites will definitely be available for order. Go assigns your order to a ‘heat locker’ where it will be kept warm and waiting for you until you show up.
No word yet on when or where exactly these new quick-order counters will open, but you can keep an eye on the development by visiting buffalowildwings.com.
