According to recent reporting in OBJ, growing chain Teriyaki Madness is eyeing two corporate stores in DeLand and Winter Park. The news comes amid reports of two other franchisee-led stores opening in the area, underscoring the chain’s motivation to grow in central Florida.

Readers unfamiliar with the brand can expect a fast-casual offering of Asian-inspired bowls, featuring marinated meats or tofu along with rice and boiled vegetables.

“We believe you are what you eat. And that’s exactly why you should eat something awesome,” the chain’s manifesto states.

“No gut-bombs. We’re talking about real food, made-to-order, with fresh, high quality ingredients, that makes you feel like a million bucks and satisfies your craving.”

“We believe you should have a home-cooked meal, even if it’s not cooked in your home. But our home is your home, so we’ll keep the wok fired up. Some people call us crazy. We say anything less would be madness. So, the real question is, what are you going to eat today? Something awesome, if you’re here.”
