Enjoy barbecuing at your own table when eating out? Then you are in luck. Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ is opening a new location in Flamingo Crossings, the Disney-owned and master-planned shopping center and development west of the Disney World Resort.
According to the popular chain’s website, “Gyu-Kaku, meaning ‘Horn of the Bull’ in Japanese, provides the authentic Japanese yakiniku (grilled barbecue) dining experience where customers share premium cooked meats over a flaming charcoal grill, while sipping on Japanese sake, shochu and frosty cold beers.”
And don’t worry about the smoke. The grills come equipped with a smokeless roaster with a down-draft system that sucks the smoke away from the guests.
Gyu-Kaku has more than 700 locations worldwide. This new Flamingo Crossings restaurant will be the chain’s second Orlando location. The other is located near the intersection of Turkey Lake and West Sand Lake roads in Doctor Philips.
Construction has not yet begun on the new location.
