According to Gotta Go Orlando, Huey Magoo’s – the “Filet Mignon Of Chicken” will soon open its latest store in Lake Nona.
“The 2,800 square foot free standing restaurant features an outdoor patio, drive-thru and a mobile pick-up window, in which guests can order in advance through Huey Magoo’s mobile app and pick up their order at the pick-up window at their scheduled time,” the report states.
“It will be the second Huey Magoo’s corporate restaurant joining Lake Mary, Florida under the leadership of President and CEO Andy Howard, Chief Operations Officer Mike Sutter, Co-Founder Matt Armstrong and Vice President of Operations Matt Poleos.”
This report follows recent coverage of the brand’s interest in the area.
“We’re in for permit [and] ready to start construction on our new corporate drive-thru store in Lake Nona,” CEO Andy Howard recently said to The Business Journal. “That will be where every franchisee from around the country trains. Right now, they’re coming to our story in Lake Mary where we train — but because of the success that we’ve had with drive-thru, we want to have a corporate store with a drive-thru.”
“We actually are thinking about moving to Lake Nona on the corporate office side, to be closer to where that training center is going to be.”
