Typsy Unicorn Brewing, an exciting new independent brewery, is soon coming to Edgewater, according to recent public records. The establishment will be located at 2140 South Riverside Drive, near Patticakes Cheesecakery.

“Connecting beer enthusiasts with artisan brews, creating memorable experiences, sharing artistry,” the brewery defines their mission statement on social media.

Given their Facebook activity, it appears that the brewery intends to serve small plates such as baked brie puff pastries and a small variety of paninis alongside their brews which, according to their website, seem to be a stout, an IPA, and a lager.

What Now Orlando reached out to co-owner JR Rivera and Mika Rivera, but they were not immediately available for comment.

Unfortunately for eager Volusia county readers, the brewery has not yet announced an official opening date. According to their official website, Typsy Unicorn simply states: “Opening Soon.”
