According to recent public records, a new Mexican restaurant is coming to town.

El Rincon de Mexico Fresh Mexican Food will soon come to 3225 S John Young Parkway in Kissimmee. 

Public records examined by What Now indicate that local Angel Tornez will be running the restaurant. 

No opening date has been announced.
