Independent restaurant Jalisco Bar & Grill will soon open at 2921 S Orlando Drive, according to recent public records.
“We are waiting on licenses and are expecting this progress to be done by the end of May,” owner Sury Mirwald tells What Now Orlando.
Mirwald explains that the restaurant will serve both Mexican and Central American cuisine.
“We chose the area because it is full of Latin American immigrants,” she says.
“It’s quite a big space; it has around 3000 square feet and are expecting between 50-70 seats and a fun space for dancing and the like.”
No opening date has been announced.
