According to recent public records, a new independent establishment is coming to Clermont. Ocean House, run by local restaurateur Lucas Lu, will open at 1203 Sunrise Plaza Drive.
“We’ll serve seafood,” Lucas Lu tells What Now Orlando. He did not specify a specific style or national tradition of seafood.
So, when will this new establishment open?
“We’ll probably open in February,” Mr. Lu states.
Apart from this brief interview and the existing public records, no publicly available exists on the upcoming restaurant.
