According to recent public records, Sunshine Sushi Japanese & Asian Cuisine, a new independent Asian restaurant is coming to 1153 Malabar Road in Palm Bay.
In a brief interview with owner Suwei Gao, she tells What Now Orlando that apart from sushi and other Japanese dishes, Sunshine will also serve up hibachi plates.
“This is our first location,” she says. “We just found this location in Palm Bay and liked it.”
So when will the restaurant finally open?
“We plan to open in February 1st, but we’re not 100 percent sure if it’ll happen,” Gao tells What Now Orlando.
“Coming Soon! a new concept in the Space Coast, Melbourne and Palm Bay area. All You Can Eat Sushi and Hibachi restaurant. A full bar will be also available for your delight. We will be posting more information soon,” the official Facebook recently stated.
