Indie Pancakes Planned for Howey In The Hills

According to recent public records, an independent new establishment is coming to Howey In The Hills.

Set for 101 S Palm Avenue, Virginia’s Pancake Palace will soon bring classic American breakfast dining to the growing town.

“Modern twist on classic diner fare in the heart of Howey,” the official Facebook bio states.

“Home of the famous Hubcap Pancake. Opening fall 2025.”

The restaurant will be run by Christina and Brad Cowherd, local husband-and-wife restaurateurs who operate Infusion Tea in Orlando and several Parlor Doughnuts locations.

Ownership was not immediately available for comment; no opening date has been announced.
