According to recent public records, a new Irish pub is soon coming to Clermont. Grace O’Malley’s will be found at 2400 HWY 27. The establishment will be co-run by Wayne Linderman who formerly ran Kelly’s Brickhouse Pubs from 2009-2012.

“We’re definitely going to go traditional Irish,” Mr. Linderman tells What Now Orlando when asked about their upcoming menu. “We’ll serve other specials that aren’t necessarily Irish, but we’ll round it out with classic American fare—we’re essentially calling it an Irish Fusion.”

Examples of these upcoming dishes would be corned beef quesadillas or scotch deviled eggs—though much of the menu has not been set in stone yet.

When asked why Grace O’Malley’s chose this particular address, Mr. Linderman points to undeniably promising reasons.

“It’s a great location right on the highway, where 60,000 cars pass each day. Now that the city has concentrated more on its downtown, the location has become far more attractive as well.”

So, when can readers expect the pub to open?

“We’re aiming for March. We definitely want to open for St. Patrick’s Day.”.
