After recently securing 1337 Capital’s significant investment for a local and national expansion, Jeff’s Bagel Run has its eyes set on Oviedo with an upcoming spot at 1351 Alafaya Trail, according to recent reporting in QSR.
“I’m excited to bring our hot, fresh bagels to the Oviedo community. The Oviedo/UCF area has been one of the most requested markets for us to open a new store – ‘Oviedo needs bagels’, ‘Come to Oviedo!’ – are messages I consistently receive. We are beyond excited to be opening a store here,” says Jeff Perera of Jeff’s Bagel Run to QSR.
“This store’s location is in the standalone building of the bustling Alafaya Square Publix shopping center, where it will share space with popular neighborhood destinations like ZaZa Cuban Cafe, Club Pilates, and The Joint,” the report states. “Being the easternmost site of Jeff’s Bagel Run, it is a strategic response to the growing clamor of clientele from the area.”

“I think we are looking at all the big markets in Orlando,” said Justin Wetherill, president and founder of 1337 Capital in a May interview with The Business Journal. “Those just had the obvious opportunities to move on right away. There are a lot of markets within Orlando we’re open to doing, we just need to find the right real estate in the market to do it.”
No opening date has been announced.
