Homemade dumplings and more are coming to downtown Orlando when Jiang’s Kitchen opens at 27 E. Robinson Street some time in January 2026, according to Orlando Business Journal.
The restaurant will be located in downtown Orlando’s Arts District, walking distance to Lake Eola and Creative Village.
The news was also posted to the Orlando Asian Foodies Facebook page, with Jiang’s owner, Eric Jiang, confirming the news in a comment.
Jiang’s specialty is dumplings, and guests will be able to see them made fresh from an open-concept kitchen area. The restaurant will offer soup dumplings — dumplings that burst open with fragrant soup when bitten into — in a variety of flavors such as beef, shrimp, pork, and crab.
Though a menu is not yet available, expect noodles, sushi, and traditional Chinese dishes to augment the fresh dumplings.
The 2,900 square foot restaurant will have seating for 86 people in the dining room, and include a full bar.
Jiang’s owner brings a wealth of hospitality experience to the table when it opens: Jiang also operates Sushi Izuki in Orlando, along with Mitsuba Ramen Noodle in Syracuse, New York and Hartford, Connecticut. Jiang also owns Moochi, a mochi doughnut shop, in Syracuse.
